Case 1:

45-year-old female with sigmoid colon polyp.
​
​
Case 2:
-
28-year-old female. Right ovarian cyst. Single tan piece of tissue 15 x 10 x 5mm. Known PJS.
​
​
Case 3:
-
25-year-old female. Presents with secondary amenorrhea, GP oestradiol 2,900 before surgery. Left ovary appears normal. Right ovary 70 x 40 x 30mm with yellow cut surface.
​
​
Case 4:
-
22-year-old female. Abdominal pain. Altered bowel habit. Ox PJS at age 2 at time of hamartoma with intussusception.
​
Case 5:
-
40-year-old female. Abnormal cells on cervical screening test. Abnormal endocervix at hysteroscopy.
​
​
Case 6:

46-year-old female with positive family history of PJS. Mucinous PV discharge. Cervical cone biopsy Oct 2022.

46-year-old lady. Known PJS. Prophylactic uterus, cervix and fallopian tubes after family genetics counselling. No macroscopic lesions seen.
